I take it EVERYWHERE <3

I've been an athlete and dancer all my life (at the gym or in class when I've worked out) and I have to say. This is probably the best recovery tool I've found. Absolutely better than a foam roller - it is small, with its help you can work out all the knots and muscles of the pantyhose. To be honest, sometimes I use it in the morning when I wake up and my shoulders are tense. The best thing is a person's facial expression when they try it for the first time. usually somewhere between surprise and delight. My trainer bought one, my yoga teacher bought one, I highly recommend MOBA.
