Review on Duck Brand Packaging Inches 282404 by Dwayne Shavers

I never thought I'd write a review about the smell of packing tape, but life is full of little surprises. This tape is very similar to Scotch Sure Start in that it is strong on unwind and very quiet. But as soon as I started using it, an odor hit my face that I can only describe as rancid vinegar, which I'm not even sure about. I'm not particularly sensitive to smells, but vinegar is one of the few exceptions. I can not stand. And that's exactly what this thread is about. Maybe it doesn't usually smell like that and I just got a bad batch, but I don't want to try again. If the vinegar smell doesn't bother you, use it - it's good quality tape and well worth the money. For me, however, it's a comeback and I'm going back to the more expensive but unflavored Scottish version.
