I have naturally curly hair which I wear at night with a satin lined cap. I've been using a small amount of this hair mask when I style my hair at night for a few weeks now. I am really impressed. First, it smells amazing. I'm not a big fan of aromatherapy, but this product has such a calming, relaxing scent. It's perfect to use before bed because I can smell it when I fall asleep. I like to use a hair oil or hair serum at night because I feel my hair takes it better when it's warm in a hat. This product has quickly become my favorite for this application. My hair, which is otherwise prone to dryness, always looks great in the morning. I'm a big fan of Joico products and this is another great product. Highly recommended.
