Review on Great Kidneys Natural Function Supplement by Meron Thompson

I ordered this for my two year old cat who was starting to have problems with a urinary tract infection and her urinary system in general. I recently noticed that she was going in and out of the litter box more than usual and was peeing less. She is still a very feral cat who is easily stressed and so getting her to and from the vet can be extremely difficult. I always recommend taking your cat to the vet if you develop any health problems, even if they seem minor at first. But to be realistic, I also know that some people cannot afford to go to the vet and that puts them in a difficult position. Here's what I did. I first ordered Iams Urinary Health dry cat food and Purina Pro Plan Urinary Health wet cat food. I switched from her regular cats Iams and Tiki to just healthy pee food. Instead of letting her fill up on dry food, I made sure she ate wet cat food first (for enough moisture) until she was full. Then she is allowed some dry food. Second, instead of tap water (water from our own well), I substituted bottled spring water. Third, I ordered these gummy bears to try. My cat is a picky eater. I gave her half a stick of gum to try (to see if it would upset her stomach before giving her the full dose). She ate it straight away, no digestive issues. So far I've noticed an improvement in her urinary tract, so I think the combination of food, other water, and this chewing helped. I'm not sure if chewing gum would have worked on its own, but so far it has helped when combined with this new diet. I tested this for less than a week. I will update this review in about a month. If I see continued improvement I will change my rating to five stars. Definitely one of the few over-the-counter cat medications that contain NO harm to cats. Although I'm a big fan of herbal medicine, be careful with homeopathic remedies intended for cats. Most of these other companies contain herbs that are toxic to cats (and even humans) even in tiny amounts. as quickly as possible. Use purified water or spring water and give these gummy bears a try!
