Review on πŸ“ž Panasonic KX-TSC14B 2-Line Integrated Phone with Call Waiting Caller ID by Jesse Wells

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Working phone, but there are problems with the time.

I bought this phone because it was good value for money. So far so good, the only problem I have is that it doesn't keep the correct time. There is always a 2 hour lag from my time zone. It's very strange because it's always exactly 2 hours no matter what time I set, after about half a day it goes back 2 hours from the time I set. I use VoIP and it can take an hour from a server. somewhere, but it confuses me that I can't set it up. After calling tech support twice, they offered to replace the unit, but first I had to send in the faulty unit, which wasn't an option for me. I suggest leaving my credit card as a backup for sending me a new unit but they didn't accept it. The other features are fine (voicemail display, call waiting, hold, etc.), what I don't like is the limit on the numbers I can store in each memory location. I use a phone card to make international calls and I can't enter my 14-digit card number after 1800. I can do it on my cell phone. I haven't tried the second row function yet, but I hope it works well. After much deliberation I have decided to keep the phone (because the time lag is always constant) but I would not buy this device again nor would I recommend it.
