I am very impressed with Crucial. I have an HP ENVY 750-514 computer that I wanted to get the most out of the RAM. Chatting online with HP told me that 16G is the maximum my computer can handle. After the launch of 8G and 4G, I turned to another provider. Unfortunately what they sent wasn't what was shown and they didn't have the right RAM. They refunded my money quicker than I expected. Many Thanks. Then I stumbled across the Crucial website and used their scan to find out what my system needed and hopefully it was in stock. According to the scan, my computer can handle 32GB of RAM. I emailed Crucial about this and was told that with the technology change, "original manufacturer specifications (including memory type, speed, and maximum capacity) will become obsolete over time." Well I gave it a go and to my surprise my system handles 32G like a pro. I highly recommend Crucial for all your computing needs. The scanner is very informative, storage, storage, chipset, etc. Thanks Crucial. You have another regular customer.
