i got this as a present for my friend who i have i have been using it for over 6 years it bends and scratches all the right way lol and still holds up strong, definitely recommend for every scruffy guy. One of the rating options said water resistance, not sure what they mean but I'm from a very humid place and it doesn't rust. Also, I think if you mean if it falls down the toilet the water probably wouldn't seep out, if you pulled it out right away there's a rubber seal in there, but I'm not sure as I've never had this problem and it hasn't have tested.
