I have long thick hair and I get very hot working as a hospice nurse. I travel to hospitals and institutions and due to the weight of my hair, I constantly have to rearrange my messy bun or ponytail. This hat answered my prayers! The fit is perfect and my head is neither too big nor too small, but this hat will probably fit any head size as it ties at the back. It can be loose or tight depending on what is preferred. I washed it inside out in cold water and tumble dried it as per the instructions. No problem! Not only does it work well for its intended purpose, but it's also great for covering up your morning hair and greatly reducing morning prep time. LOTS of compliments on this cap! Actually, my colleagues are thinking about ordering them all and embroidering our company logo on the front. Mine is only black but I will definitely be ordering more in other colors!
