Unreliable Auto Electronics Accessories

I wanted to use this button to navigate through music and playlists on my M11 Pro, a music player running a modified version of Android 7, without having to hold it near. That way, I could slip it in my pocket or clip it securely to my car's stereo without worrying about inaccessible pause, skip, and volume buttons. This particular one proved extremely unreliable and practically useless for what I expected. by him. If the connection is correct, everything is fine. Acceptable latency, fairly responsive and small are good too to be honest. The problem is staying in touch. If the device is not used after a few minutes or is out of range of the connection, it will turn off automatically. However, reconnecting is a chore and the button becomes annoyingly unreliable. If you press either switch to re-enable the media button, it will reconnect to the Bluetooth device, but it will no longer function as a media remote. I've found that I have to turn Bluetooth off and then back on on my device to get this to work again. I also tried using the button on my Android 11 Pixel 5 and the behavior was exactly the same. The likelihood that my devices are to blame is practically negligible in my view. I had my reservations when I realized this thing was powered by a CR2016 battery, and was immediately concerned that it would have to make huge compromises in connection quality to not change it weekly. Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed. What's even worse is the build quality. The thing hardly holds up, there is a noticeable protrusion at the point where the front panel sticks out of the case. Touch it even remotely wrong and the thing could just fall apart. It used to be for me, and the aluminum body that surrounds this thing is so thin it almost doesn't feel like aluminum. I didn't do much research at first, which I probably should have done as I thought it was clear that Bluetooth technology had progressed. more than enough to make even the cheapest option more than up to the task. To be honest, after a day of recommendation and use, I expect it to cost $5, maybe $10. After trying to use it, $30 is a bit confusing.
