it's a wreath storage bag
works just like it is supposed to. holds a wreath of one size and if your smaller one fits in side the larger one ( mine does) it holds 2. I cut the cardboard shipping box it came it and reenforced the outer ring like a previous review stated. If you can't figure that out you may not know how to buy a wreath storage bag like this one. Buy the more expensive one.
