While the computer's overall performance has met my expectations, I am extremely dissatisfied with the color reproduction and cannot believe I spent so much money on a computer only to end up with a headache. Listed below are some advantages: A computer that is fast enough, the most productive on the market, and costs about the same as the rest After a month on the job, there were zero setbacks. - Adequately sized display - Reasonable weight (compared to my previous laptop) - Long battery life when disconnected from power; easily handled offline work in Lightroom at moderate brightness with 1500 photographs in the catalog + data transfer from an external disk. It lasted 4 hours on this setting with an hour of remaining battery life. Contains drawbacks: Technical specs state that the matrix is IPS, yet when a catastrophic error occurs, the screen becomes a sickly yellow as if it had trouble with blue tones. I started using images in my work, therefore this is really important to me. I overcame this problem by using the video card's built-in calibrating features and by using my old laptop as a color analogue. The buttons on a touchpad tend to lie down.
