I used a bottle filling machine and they helped me install it. You could do it on your own but with help it took about an hour from start to finish with help and looked amazing. You get a strip with holes and alternate it from front to back by inserting the ends of the connected balls into the holes. If you fill it up and get too much air in, some of them will pop out of the holes during installation. Small foil balloons would be impossible to fill without a balloon making machine. The only thing I didn't like were the little glue tabs that attach the foil balloons. Ditch sticky labels and just use double-sided tape to avoid a headache. Overall I like how it turned out and can't deny the price was good even for small issues.
