They stick very well if you take the time to apply them smoothly and neatly, but that's a problem. This transparent tape wants to wrinkle, curl and fold as soon as it separates from the backing. I wear them 2-3 days and shower and they won't move if applied properly. Adhesion is moderate to strong. I have dry and sensitive skin and the only bandages that have bothered me even a little bit are the crappy non-brand ones that don't stick at all. However, they are not as bad as some of the heavier pavement adhesives. My main complaints are related to distance. I'm gonna lose my skin, I can't avoid it. They take more than most, leaving behind redness and irritation. The clear tape is so thin that it takes a bit of fiddling to lift one of the edges just enough to be pulled (more skin irritation). And my favorite problem, most of the time I peel off the tape and it leaves a small hydrocolloid stain. A couple of times I've left the patch in for another day, but it's still annoying. Otherwise, the hydrocolloid patch acts like any fully hydrocolloid dressing, forming a blister-like layer of moisture over the wound and healing better than traditional dressings.
