Very comfortable strap. I find it useful for storing a few things while working out and without a doubt it's perfect for travel as it has multiple pockets. If desired, it can be hidden under clothes, which is a plus. I bought a very large one which was a mistake and after trying it a few times I probably should have returned it. I might have been better off with a large or even medium size as it's supposed to be worn around the hips and not the waist (which I didn't know). Since I don't have big hips, I always feel a bit loose. I can get away with it and probably wear regular clothes rather than gym clothes, that might be fine. I hope it shrinks a bit after washing. Be careful when choosing a size.
