Gootailor Basic Small Dog Hoodie
This is an adorable little shirt. Made of lining fabric, fluffy inside. Composition 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Check the dimensions on the thumbnail. Got a big one for my 8lb Shih Tzu. (Neck 11 inches). She has a lot of hair and I think she has yet to grow. It's a little big, but the ribbed cuffs and hem make it comfortable.
