Love these - Paint Tools
Pan Pastels for skin tones are amazing. This allows you to tint skin tones in any color. I also use them for images other than people. Pan pastels are high quality pastels. I love how they mix and cream them. Highly pigmented and look "fantastic". Highly recommend pan pastels. However, I suggest you buy Pan Pastel tools and a colorless blender for the best look and performance. Using other cheaper tools will not get you the full potential of these pastels. Tools for pan chalk are inexpensive, and sponges can be washed with soap and water and reused many times.
