Too small and quite inefficient

We were trying to find a solution for our child with trilotrichomania and compulsive hair pulling. She is only 6 years old although she is the size of an 8 year old girl with medium/thin arms. The article says "kids". I'm guessing that would mean it would fit at least 12 year olds with a larger size! Ours barely closes fully and the velcro has lost most of its hold after a few uses because our child could very easily try to bend his arm a few times and it would come loose or slip off and become useless anyway. This helped soften their negative behavior a bit just because it's an annoying process and they don't feel comfortable at all. use more than once. I just don't understand what I'm thinking personally because whenever I would need something like this for a real injury it's FREE from a doctor. to untie the threads (but our kid tried to get out of it, but MOST kids I knew would happily do that even if they were hurt). complete garbage. WE used it from time to time and our kid got tomato sauce on it so we felt bad coming back. They're better than nothing until we can afford a bigger size. TLDR: Your child is better off being very small when you need them for real security, or a very average size of 6 and under that doesn't make any mess with that at all.
