I like that it is easy to use for field technicians, so they can easily access their tasks without having too much hassle with computers being down or out of battery power when in remote areas.
The fact you have multiple windows open at once while working makes things easier than if only one window was opened up (which would be more manageable). Sometimes there may not always seem as though everything has been done correctly by some employees who are less tech-savvy but still doing what needs to do; however this does help because we know those people will work hard regardless and our customers don't mind either way! Being able to see updates instantly from all locations where an employee works helps tremendously since no matter which technician gets assigned to update something specific - whether its customer service issues or general maintenance items/updates etc., everyone sees them immediately within seconds after logging into any computer system remotely connected online via internet explorer browser access through Microsoft office 365 website accounts portal page.
