Arrived in a day or less so shipped quickly. Everything has become perfect, no damage and well packed in a box in a stronger box. That's right, mine is exquisite and perfect for my bedroom as I have PTSD and need help with stress and overwhelm. It helps me sleep, it's beautiful and everyone asks where I got it from. The quarts included were perfect, a good big medium size for two out of three. All items were included and undamaged. My only complaint and the reason I deducted a star. It gets very hot, I almost burned my hand turning it off. The cord gets hot and I wish it had a simple on/off switch. When I turn it on I see electricity between the wall and it. Very hot when unplugged and made the area around it very hot to even touch. I never leave it unattended because I'm afraid it will catch fire 🔥 it gets so hot 🥵.
