Great portable monitor with great customer service!

**Edit 11/12/22** I am editing this review. I contacted the seller using the contact information they provided on the card in the package after receiving the broken display from the original order. They responded quickly and sent a new screen with no questions asked. This replacement screen has arrived and is in perfect condition. Does exactly what it's supposed to and looks great! I love that it's USB-C powered. You can use a single USB-C cable to power and send video (provided the device you connect it to supports USB-C video transmission). It even has built-in speakers that get the job done (nothing fancy and they're in the back, but they work). Menus are easy to navigate with easy-to-reach buttons on the left side of the panel. By default (and for good reason, since this is a wearable display) the default setting is power saving mode (this setting is available in the Setup & Power menu). In energy-saving mode, the backlight is slightly dimmed. However, when you turn off the low power mode, it gets MUCH brighter and brighter. It also uses a little more power, though, so you'll only want to use it in that mode if you're not relying on the battery to power it. You can also quickly adjust the brightness level by pressing the penultimate button to access the brightness menu (the other buttons control volume, input selection, etc.). So now I'm giving it 5 stars. Mainly because of the excellent customer service I received. The screen is also very clear and high quality, albeit a bit large and a little heavy for travel (if you travel a lot, especially by plane etc, you'll probably need a smaller screen). ** I really liked this portable display. as he marked all the items I was looking for. I am an IT provider and I often need to connect the monitor to servers and other equipment that the monitor is not normally connected to. A portable display is ideal for this, especially if the display can be powered from a USB port (a USB-C port in this case). This display is larger than I need, as even a 12-inch screen would suffice for my use case. But with a larger 17-inch screen, I was able to use it for other purposes (e.g. as a second display connected to my laptop) when not in use. it's like a wearable screen. It has HDMI and USB-C ports, as well as VESA mounting options, and a magnetic lid that doubles as a kickstand (think how similar lids work for tablets). They included two USB-C cables, an HDMI cable, and a USB-C power adapter (in case the device you're connecting to only had an HDMI output and no USB-C option). It was well packaged in a very nice box. The box it came in and the box Revain shipped it in were undamaged. In fact, the box that Revain used was made to fit the box, which prevented bumping, so it looks like that screen is probably broken. before the manufacturer puts it in the box. Hence I only get 1 star (preferably zero as I can't use it as is and the only option is to return it - no replacement available). Too bad. It was an article I was looking forward to. But even if it doesn't arrive broken, it would be difficult to keep it in good condition using just the collapsible sleeve that came with the shipping box. I definitely needed to find a more protective case.
