I really like this steam cooker. It really is a joy to clean. With it you can clean oven, kitchen and bathroom equipment in no time, sterilize floors, remove stuck windows with ease and even windows will look great. I'll be trying it out soon to dampen curtains and blinds, plan to use it to remove wrinkles in my closet, sterilize carpets and rugs, and clean air conditioner vents with the brushes provided. Haven't used it in the car yet but look forward to trying it out. Heats up in just a few minutes. Contrary to typical online warnings stating not to use on vinyl floors, I have used it successfully without damaging my new luxury vinyl floors. Just keep it moving so you don't overheat. If your floors are cheaper, maybe not. The only thing I wish it had was more cloth covers (especially the smallest ones) and more brush options. I don't know if I can buy them from the company but I will contact them shortly to find out. This should also check out their customer service, another common complaint was poor service or lack of service from other companies. The delivery was quick and the item arrived in perfect condition. I read many reviews before making an online purchase. Even the best products in this price range have many dissatisfied customers. Mainly due to the durability of the product. I saw this product with no reviews and decided to try it based on the negative reviews of other products. I looked at the company's other products and found them suitable for commercial cleaning, restaurants and commercial customers. The calculated durability would therefore be given. That. I liked that it was the only product that came with attachments. And their other products looked good quality. I'm glad I took the risk of making this purchase. Do not be shy.
