Review on Vasque Unisex-Child Breeze at Ud Hiking Boot: Perfect Footwear for Young Adventurers by Nathaniel Collins

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not strong enough for a proper hike.

Comfortable boots with excellent grip and reliable waterproofing. But we wouldn't buy them again. One had a weird creaking sole the first time it was worn, which wasn't 100% great on still forest walls. My main problem with them was that the lace eyelets lifted a lot and snagged on the other boot: ripped and snagged on the other boot and almost tripped over my daughter as she walked (see photo). She had to fold her socks over her boot to prevent this. The boots quickly got dingy and worn out, so I really don't recommend them for a real hike: they're just unreliable.
