I can also send a request to the other offices and it will be done within the same day. It really saves a lot of time and stress. I don't like that you cannot send a request to the IRS if you have an e-file account. I would recommend this software to anyone who is looking to save a lot of time and be able to get their requests done in a timely manner. I am able to send requests to the IRS and the other offices in under a day. It really saves a lot of time.
