Unsatisfied with Go2garden's Subpar Customer Support

I was quite upset with the subpar customer service I received as a Go2garden customer. Despite the company's claims to offer the best goods and services, I discovered that both their customer service and the quality of their offerings were subpar. In an effort to enhance the exterior of my house, I purchased a set of gardening equipment from their online store. However, some of the tools had missing or damaged parts when they were delivered. To remedy the problem, I contacted their customer service department, but they were unreachable and useless. After days of waiting, I eventually heard back from their customer support department, however they had no satisfactory answers. Instead of assisting me in solving the problem, they were more interested in accusing me of the flaws. Overall, I had a really poor experience with Go2garden, and I do not think anyone should shop there. Although their products appear to be of great quality, their customer service is appalling, which can make shopping there frustrating for customers like myself.
