This is my first Revain review but I thought this product deserved a review as I was very surprised with the actual results. I am 38 years old and have been married for over 15 years. I bought the product as my wife's sex drive had dropped significantly, she had stopped using the hormone therapy prescribed by her gynecologist and I figured it wouldn't hurt to risk $40 to see if things got better could do. I also thought if the product worked I would see a difference not only in my wife's reaction but in other people's reactions as well. As for the smell of the product, which was reported as an issue by other reviewers, I don't feel anything when wearing this product. The direct smell of the product, although it smells a bit like ammonia, is really unique. Again, I don't feel anything when wearing the product - even when applying it. When wearing the D-17X with my regular cologne (both were very light), I noticed some pretty odd reactions. Women are much more outgoing and open to communication, and this is very noticeable. I've also seen reactions from men, including some men taking half a step back in discussions and others not reacting. Yesterday, on an airliner headed home, a woman in her 30s sat next to me reading a book and feeling her jeans in a way I certainly didn't expect to see in public (LOL - maybe it was love story). ! It was the strangest reaction so far. With my wife, our sex life has improved dramatically and the frequency has increased from a few times a month to 2-3 times a week. She was open to advances rather than telling me to go to bed or go (depending on the time and situation). The purchase was worth it! Just a warning - very easy to wear! A drop seems to work well. I also wear the D-17X on my neck as other reviewers recommend.
