Our main problem is that the color of the chair does not match the product description. It's definitely not dark blue, it's a super bright royal blue. We initially chose navy blue over gray because gray was more expensive and felt silly. But man, I wish we could just go gray. The structure of the chair seems great, although in this photo the chair has only been lengthened by about 4 hours. It's nice and big and our autistic son LOVES it. I'm sure it will foam up a bit more. But if your room really needs dark blue like ours, beware! I spent an hour chatting with customer service and while they were nice enough we decided to just keep this original and get rid of the offending color just so we didn't have to try to convert a 5 foot bean bag into a 3-foot one. Return foot to stuff box for a replacement, most likely the same color. If you want to try blue, open the pouch it's in and take a look at the color before opening it fully and releasing the octopus as it will quickly deflate! At first I thought the royal blue might be the packaging, but no, it's blue suede shoe blue.
