I liked that they were fast, efficient at getting work done in my home office space. They are also very flexible with their schedule which makes it easy to coordinate our meetings when we have conflicting schedules or busy days/nights of weekdays! The only thing i disliked was having an employee who doesn't speak english as her first language so she struggled sometimes understanding what clients wanted from us during calls (or even responding). We met regularly via video conference for over 1 year until recently due to COVID 19 restrictions where one day per month would be dedicated solely towards working together face2face without other distractions like email etc.. This helped keep both client & myself focused 100% intently onto each others needs while minimizing distraction/disturbing noise outside such as children playing too loud nearby / pets barking ect...
