I bought this along with three 24 inch Specter monitors a few weeks ago so my experience is based on that. A person with different size monitors may have a different experience. I was impressed with the ease of assembly. First you decide how you want to attach the stand, because there are two options: a clamp or an eyelet. I went with the clamp and had no problems. It's fairly durable and holds monitors well. Second, the splitters are a single piece that fits directly onto the main shaft and attaches with a hex socket head screw. Hex keys are provided. Then attach the middle unit that holds the middle monitor. After attaching the arms to the monitors and placing the monitors on the bracket, which you then secure with socket head screws to prevent the monitor from falling. It's pretty easy and the mount is solid. I also liked that it was specifically designed to simplify cable management. The cables are held together under the arms with a piece of metal that slides into the arms and hooks, which is really clever. However, it gets tedious to connect more than 3 cables (I had two HDMIs and a power cable). The air spring was nice and easy to use. You use an Allen key to turn the socket screw on your arm clockwise or counterclockwise. This forces the arm to move freely or stay firmly in place, depending on how heavy your monitor is. In my case, every monitor is lightweight, so it took me some strength to move my arms up and down using the default settings. I turned the screw fully clockwise 3 times. This allowed me to move my arm freely. Finally, the tilt and range of motion of each arm is great. The tilt at the ends of the arms is controlled by another Allen screw and is easy to change. In terms of range of motion, the arms can move a lot, but I find it can be limited if you have a large monitor. Things to look out for: - no additional tools required, everything is included - table thickness is important so be sure to measure your deck before even thinking about buying it - monitor and mounts may not be compatible (in In my case, monitors have a metal brace I just had to put the spacers in place and mount the bracket on top) - the instructions were easy to follow, but the marks on the screws and washers didn't line up with the instructions. It's okay as there is a lot of detail, but I still noticed something
