THIS ITEM IS NON-RETURNABLE and runs small for a medium or large wrist.

THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE but you are not advised of this on the website or when ordering. It's not exactly one size. If you have medium to large hands and wrists this can be VERY tight. The problem is the elastic panel inside the "tube" which is much stronger than the velcro straps you see on the outside. For me (male) the velcro straps were useless as the panel was already too tight around my arm, wrist and forearm. They are very comfortable IF they fit you. If they are tight, it will hurt to wear them. You should have two sizes of these things.
