I bought this to help with carpel tunnel issues I've been having lately. I had never had a tunnel before this pregnancy and couldn't sleep all night it was so painful. This wrist guard fixed the problem. I ordered a second one to wear on each arm. it's very comfortable, it's soft yet supportive thanks to the combination of metal brace and foam beads. THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE but you are not advised of this on the website or when ordering. It's not exactly one size. If you have medium to large hands and wrists this can be VERY tight. The problem is the elastic panel inside the "tube" which is much stronger than the velcro straps you see on the outside.
