I really wanted this to be my new hot/cold camping mug. I like the quality of the mug inside and out. It is beautifully designed and you get 2 covers with it. But I had to send it back. That's why. BIG PROBLEM: Lid pops open by itself when pouring hot drinks! This can lead to spills, leaks and burns from hot water! As you can see in my video I boil hot water for tea, instant coffee or whatever and the lid pops open by itself. This is due to the narrowness of the structure. This design is great for hot or cold temperature drinks. I can turn a cup upside down and it won't leak. BUT due to the airtight design and non-screw cap, the cap will be polished up and down by the rising steam of the hot beverage. Highly recommended for hot and cold liquids. But beware of hot liquids.
