It's so easy to get involved with your portfolio partners as they always make you feel like family! There are tons of opportunities for everyone here at BCP to become better everyday - from interns all way up through senior management team members who run our business operations.

The biggest struggle we face has probably been finding people willing & able to take risks when it comes time to invest into startups/companies outside their comfort zone (e.g., consumer products). However I think this will change over time given how much success my colleagues' businesses experience every day working alongside us. As such, there isn't really anything negative about managing teams within BullsPen itself; however if one were looking solely outwards then maybe some specific areas would be worth considering moving forward? We're solving issues around increasing transparency across corporate cultures which directly aligns well with the future direction of work undertaken at bulls pen capital.
