Building relationships and helping others find great deals in private markets

It's so easy to get involved with your portfolio partners as they always make you feel like family! There are tons of opportunities for everyone here at BCP to become better everyday - from interns all way up through senior management team members who run our business operations. The biggest struggle we face has probably been finding people willing & able to take risks when it comes time to invest into startups/companies outside their comfort zone (e.g., consumer products).
