UPDATE: Less than a year old

UPDATE: Bulb blown after less than 11 months and 2100 miles. I bought on October 4th, 2020 and it burned out tonight, August 25th, 2021. Checked the headlight connector and fuse to make sure it was an incandescent bulb. He worked earlier today, turned on the bike to get home and the light flickered and wouldn't come on. When he leaves, he also disables all electronics. I couldn't use my high beams to get home and the fan stopped working too. I will make a warranty claim.-------------------------------------------------------- ------- ---------------------- ---------------------------------- ------- --------- I just installed the LED in my 2016 Yamaha FZ-07 and replaced the old Cyclops H4 headlight that was installed by the previous owner. The Cyclops' low beams had burned out and signs of thermal damage were visible. Compared to the high beam, this MZS LED appears slightly brighter and has a cooler color. The fan is quiet, but the bulb gets hotter than the Cyclops. The Cyclops feels cool after a minute on high beam, the MHS gets very hot after the same amount of time on. Because of the high temperature, I'm worried about the durability. The FZ-07 turns on the low beam when the engine is running and I expect it to be very hot. Warranty period 12 months, I hope enough.

Cons
