I am writing this three days after receiving the product and these are my first impressions. (1) They are a bit small. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one (2). They are moderately comfortable. I would have liked a little more support in the heel area. (3) Overall I think they are excellent value for money but for a shoe that I would just like to relax and run in I would choose and use a cross training shoe. it is mostly for long walks.
