Review on ๐Ÿ•๏ธ Naturehike Cloud Up 2 Person Free Standing Backpacking Tent - Ultralight and Double Layer Camping Tents for Two Individuals by Adam Allard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal lightweight hiking tent

Hikers who don't want to pack more than ยฃ30 for a 5 day trip really need to watch the weight of their pack, especially if you want a wet weather tent and don't want to share it. This tent is the answer. With everything you need (tent, raincoat, pegs, poles, guy lines, bag), my replica weighs 39.6 ounces. I'm a fan of Naturehike's Mongar-2, but it's a bit heavy for one person. This upward cloud is smaller, particularly in the sense that its sides don't rise as steeply as Mongar'sโ€”they slope inward. Two people will likely find this tent very cramped, but for one person in the middle and gear on the sides, this is a good size. The build quality is what I've come to expect from this company: flawless as far as I can see. I will cut a piece of double thickness polycrop for the base to put under the tent as the bottom is not pierced. A good covering is included, but a polycro one is lighter and if you're buying this tent it's probably because you're counting every gram.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Long delivery time
