Review on 🐌 Earth Snail Moisture Regenerative Shampoo - Baba de Caracol, 16oz by Tonya Fisher

I have purchased the entire Baba line of products. I was hoping this would match the 1 review I read. BUT I had a very different experience. I'm African American with thick curly curly hair. The shampoo made my hair really manageable. The conditioner made my hair soft but there was so much breakage and shedding. I rinsed out the conditioner and added a leave-in cream, but my hair kept falling out. When I combed my hair, I actually combed a whole strand of hair off my head! You should also know that my skin was itchy from the products. I called Blubeez but they have a HORRIBLE return policy so I'm stuck with these products. Also, directions are in Spanish. I can read Spanish but they need to add another label in English. When I received the products the shampoo was damaged and I had to call twice to have them send me another shampoo which is not a big deal at this point as I can't use the products anyway! You should know that I ordered from Blubeez because it was a bit cheaper than ordering directly from Revain. But trust me, stay away from these products!
