I like that it is user friendly for small businesses with limited IT skills / resources or employees who may not have much experience using computers as their only source of employment (i am one those people).
It also allows my employer's benefits administrator more flexibility in her work flow when processing claims because we do most things online rather than through paper files/forms which saves time & money! 1) Some reports are very difficult if you want them printed out by hand 2.) There isn't an option available within ASCENDER PAYROLL SYSTEM where your employee can print off his own pay stubs without going into each paycheck transaction page 3 times - especially since they don’t show up until after he receives payment from our bookkeeper 4 weeks later anyway so this really doesn t come into play unless someone wants access right away before final.
