AFFORDABLE AND EFFECTIVE
Very happy with this massage gun for the price. Definitely helps reduce post-strength DOMS and post-run stiffness, especially in areas where a foam roller cannot. I only used four heads but they all work very well. The motor is actually pretty quiet for speed/pressure. Top speeds are too high for me, I usually stay in the 2-10 range. And the clock is what you'd expect from a freebie - it's hardly worth the time it takes to sort through. I'll update when I find out. But a massage gun and a nice case are worth it!
