Review on Pedomus Dog Sunglasses: Adjustable Strap for Travel, Skiing, and Anti-Fog Snow Goggles for Medium to Large Dogs by Josh Koa

Fur for car rides. Not suitable for high activity.

update: zero stars. The rubber seal around the rim fell off after 2 uses. I would like to start by buying them first just to see if my dog would put up with anything on the eye before spending big bucks on some Rex Specs. Pros: - The dog tolerated them. Remember that he is a very calm dog and wears hats and suits without complaining. That's all. But for $12, it's probably the best you can get. Disadvantages: - the shape is completely wrong, the nose is very narrow. They were definitely not originally designed for dogs. They're only really good for dogs that sit perfectly still and don't rub/bang/bang their head or face on anything. Every time my dog laid his head against the car door while looking out the window, they would move and either bend or pull up and the edge would sit over his eyes. They just won't stay in place whether you put the straps on properly or not. I must have stopped 3 or 4 times within a 15 minute drive to put them back on so he could get used to them and not get his eyes on them. - I tried it on my other dog, well, and it's definitely NOT for dogs with long thin skulls like greyhounds. They're just too big. All in all, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on glasses for your dog, then this is the best choice. Others I've looked at are much cheaper and less of a fit than these. If you're willing to spend the money, skip it and just buy Rex Specs. I'm very picky about the gear and products I use on my dogs so they might work for someone who is less picky, but they just don't work for me.
