I like that it's easy enough so anyone can manage their own meetings without having any previous experience in this area is great! The customer service team at EaA has been excellent as well (and they're always open when you have questions). They've helped me set up my first meeting ever using zoom--it was super helpful because we had no idea what would work best or how many people were needed etc., but now everything works perfectly from there!! We are still learning about all of these features though; however our biggest issue right off hand will be getting more users onto different platforms/apps which allows us access them via one place rather than multiple apps across devices if someone doesn't want to download something else just yet :) Also being able to do group calls within certain time frames helps make things run smoother since everyone knows who needs attention where during each call instead of going back & forth between individuals throughout every single phone.
