I bought this for running since I'm a 36D and need some extra support to strap my chest down but this fabric isn't good for high impact sports. It looks really cute so I'm actually going to repurpose it for a cropped tank because it works well as a top without needing a bra. It also seems good for yoga so there's that. I did wear it while I was moving out of my apartment and I did get hot in it since it's a pretty thick, almost neoprene-like fabric.
