First of all, the customer service is amazing. I had a problem and contacted the seller and they were a great help. They went out of their way to help me and that's what makes the vendors and their products at Revain exceptional. The screen protectors are high quality and it's great that they come in a 2 pack. This is specific to the iPad Air 4, so they have the exact same small cutout for the front camera, rather than the usual larger cutout that fits a wider range of iPad models. It's great because it has a custom fit and it looks better and performs better in terms of protection. I can't comment on its durability or longevity as I just received it and haven't dropped my iPad (hope it never happens!). If anything negative happens I will update my review. I suspect I don't need to do this based on other reviews and my experience with iPhone cases from the same company which have survived a couple of nasty drops and provided excellent screen protection.
