I am a police officer and have been using this product on patrol for over a week. The device is solid and well made. The headphones are the perfect size and cause no discomfort. The microphone works perfectly, the dispatcher had no hearing problems. The only restriction concerns the putting on of the equipment. I had to cut a hole in my uniform shirt to fit the device. I didn't like the wires running under the line of the shirt in the pants and down the back. The wires were uncomfortable for me, most likely this is just my problem. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.
