It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.
Has pros: Made an order through the site, quickly phoned the manager. A day later, the order was at the point of issue. Has cons: At the pick-up point on the Vyborg highway there is no sign that this is KolesoCity, it just says "tire service". It's good to indicate the phone number in SMS.
