Let's get rid of some of the negatives. It doesn't vibrate, I think it's part of the company name. The description doesn't say it vibrates either, but I know it can be confusing. My stuffed animals are off center and can only be removed from my neckline. The kid probably won't mind, but it worries me. You will need a small screwdriver to get into the battery. The volume is a bit loud even at minimum. There are 3 volume levels. The light is not bright, so the child will not be blinded. The light and sound kit is portable so you can pack it up and take it with you! Passenger seat, bed, grandmother! Wheels - God has sent! I can wheel from my room to my office without disturbing a sleeping baby! Also pack everything I need for a few hours downstairs so I don't have to leave my office for diapers or blankets and cluttering up the room I'm in! The floor is pretty flat so I would definitely recommend bedding. Assembly looked intimidating, but my husband put it together in 15 minutes! I'm usually Mrs. Fix It! I love how portable it is! I use it instead of a cot until the child grows up. The instructions say about 5 months.
