The ease of use is great! It's so easy to navigate through the system that it doesn't feel like work when you're using it. I wish there was more information available about the different types of services offered by Critical Asset. For example, we had no idea how much our insurance costs were until after signing up for the program. We would have preferred if they provided this info upfront. Also, sometimes the customer support isn't as helpful or knowledgeable as other companies in their industry. They are still working out some kinks with the software but overall I'm happy with them. Tracking equipment maintenance has been very beneficial for us.
