I like that you can track everything in 1 spot with this software - it is very helpful to know if there are problems at our site or not! The ease of use is great! It's so easy to navigate through the system that it doesn't feel like work when you're using it. I wish there was more information available about the different types of services offered by Critical Asset. For example, we had no idea how much our insurance costs were until after signing up for the program. We would have preferred if they provided this info upfront.
