Review on CriticalAsset by Pete Norris

I like that you can track everything in 1 spot with this software - it is very helpful to know if there are problems at our site or not! The system sometimes gets buggy so we have had some issues when using certain features but overall its been good for us!! It also gives me peace of mind knowing what's going wrong where since they do an excellent job keeping customers informed about their equipment needs/issues as well which makes them stand out above other companies who don't give such great customer care. Nothing really bad here either though just minor things (like bugs).
