The simplest tie I could find and looks nice. The zipper is hidden at the back and not visible, like a clip on a tie. You simply hold the knot and pull on the back tie to tighten it. That's all. The only downside is that I can see an active kid loosening it easily as it doesn't have a locking mechanism. Otherwise it's great!
